I'd be very interested in trying Solian, but it is not approved in the U.S. I talked to my doctor about it, and he said he doesn' dabble in European drugs. So, where and how do people in the U.S. get Amisulpride? Solian actually has no affinity for the H1 histamine receptor and only affects the D2 and D3 receptors. I have read on this board that sedation can be a side effect but see where it might be a little less common than with other atypicals. I would be all for trying it I just don't know how to go about it.
