Thanks for your answers. I think my doctor and are considering Haldol only way down the line. I got akathisia that lasted over two weeks on Abilify. I agree that it is terrible however I respond to super low doses of drugs so akathisia might not be a problem with a low dose of Haldol. I'm looking for an AP that causes low sedation and Haldol has the lowest affinity for the H1 histamine receptor which is thought to be the culprit in AP induced sedation. We'll see but I definately don't want another case of akathisia. Thats bad s**t.
