Personaly I find dexedrine does not cause anxiety and can even be calming in low doses (2.5mg).
I am on a combination of dexedrine and clomipramine.
Clomipramine is very effective for anxiety (but not social anxiety), and the side effects are not all that bad.
Alternativly you could combine a stimulent with an anti psychotic med. I've heard that anti psychotics can take the edge of stimulent anxiety, just a thought!
