Larry-

you might want to keep your eye on the approval progress of Agilect (rasagiline) for the treatment of Parkinson's. Like Selegiline, it is an MAO-B inhibitor, but lacks the stimulating amphetamine-like metabolites. It is in the approvable stage and will hopefully receive marketing clearance in the months to come.
