Although I know amphetemine is a big no-no on the MAOI interaction list but I'd like to know who has had success, without BP problems with this combination. The Parnate @ 40mg/day seems to be helping the depression but I miss the help I got from Dex for general lethargy when I was taking other ADs. I was taking 20mg daily, morning only.

I was taking 30 mg/day of Dexedrine when I started Parnate. Never caused any problem, and I could eat whatever I wanted as well. I was on 60 mg/day.

Parnate is really a sh*tty drug. It does seem to improve mood more than the other ADs (certainly better than the SSRIs), but it really wreaks havoc on so many other functions that it's hardly a good long-term solution if you want to perform at your best cognitively and physically.
