I've taken atenolol (a beta-blocker for hypertension) for years with Zoloft and had no problem. One time my pdoc asked my primary MD to switch me off the atenolol because there have been some instances of beta-blockers causing depression. That transition was such a horror show that I was put back on atenolol. My experience was that beta blockers can be a real help with panic and anxiety.
