OK, I hope my experience can help you. Bear in mind everyone is different. Some people have bad withdrawals and some don't have any at all. For me going down from 10 has been rough. I jumped from 10 to 5 and felt like crap for 2 weeks. Dizzy, disoriented, and flulike were the symptoms. Since then I have gone more slowly and it has helped. I am now off of it for two days and it hasn't been too bad for one reason. I was lucky enough to run into someone who suggested using Gingko Biloba for the headaches and dizziness. Since I started taking it I still have classical withdrawals, but they aren't nearly as bad. I highly suggest getting your hands on some before you stop. Whatever you do just don't stop and go from 10 mg to 0. I also take a multivitamin, a b complex, fish oil, and vitamin E. Good luck to you. I know these drugs are good for some people, so I don't want to denigrate them. However, for me they were poison and I can't wait to be totally free of their influences.

> Oh, and if I do this, what should I expect? I'm on 10 mg a day, so I dont thing there should be withdrawal issues, but does anyone else have thoughts?
