Hi, I'm not sure if this will appear on the board. I've replied to a couple of the messages, and I'm not sure why they haven't appeared on the board... hmmm... Thanks for your comments, James. I live in Canada, but it's kind of you to make the offer. I'm thinking that I need to find a new approach - perhaps AA might be helpful. Btw, are you using any pharma therapy with your recovery?
