Hi Christina,
I just wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat. I started lex about a month ago for panic attacks. i felt the exact same way with the vision and all and the dizziness/anxiety feelings. xanax helped and after two weeks or so, i haven't had any xanax and feel much better!
