Not too good, but I've been worse. I'm trying to be patient. I would like to try duloxetine (Cymbalta) next, but I'm not sure when it will become available. Last I heard, it was expected to be approved by the FDA sometime this summer. However, my doctor might be able to get it for me as an investigational drug on an open label basis. I don't know what to hope for anymore. I really should not expect a monoamine reuptake inhibitor to work, as none of them really have in the past. I'm looking at riluzole (Rilutek), a glutamate release inhibitor, as something to try if duloxetine doesn't work out.

I've never tried maprotiline. Please keep me informed how you do with it. Thanks. :-)
