Sorry! I forgot to mention the details of how it was given. Dr. Hutto uses high frequency- 20 Herz, and each session consists of 400 pulses. He chooses the location very carefully- it's 5 cm. straight forward of the left motor area (which makes your thumb twitch. He gives it at 110% of the motor threshold. So, it's always to the left frontal lobe. He doesn't treat the right hemisphere, which some researchers are doing with lower frequencies. I think a number of studies have hown that treating the right hemisphere, while not completely ineffective, is much less so than treating the right one. This is really all I know about it, but I hope it's helpful to you in deciding what to do,
