If you are not getting any side effects then try a higher dose. I can't take 20 mg (or even 10 mg) but my girlfriend can take 80 mg.It is too rigid for medics to suggest that as the books refer to 20 mg then that is it. 20 mg is not a lot. Give the final increased dose a try for something like four weeks.
