From what I hear, celexa and lexapro are very different. lexapro is more of a stimulant, while celexa is more likely to make you tired. If you stll can't sleep try increasing zyprexa, they have a 7.5 mg pill. I don't remember the side-effects from prozac, just the way it made me feel, hard to explain. I have scitzo-affective dissorder. Sort of half way between bi-polar and schitzoprenia, or manic deppressive with psychotic features.
