I'd also highly recommend Jeffrey Apter, MD in Princeton, NJ.
I see him every 2 months or so (3 hr. drive roundtrip for me). He is always current (as posted previously, he does research studies), but won't prescribe something just 'cause it's brand-new. Also, he's an extremely decent person - has always treated me like a human being (unlike some "mental health professionals" I've seen).
