Hi Crazychick,

Panic attacks are so awful...I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I can understand why you're scared to take the Valium, but it worked for you yesterday, it will probably work for you again today. If you're uncomfortable with taking a large dose, cut the pill in half. Taking the valium will really help you relax.
