Hello - I hope the valium helped you today. I do not know why but on the meds I am on right now the panic attacks are a shadow of their former selves.
I take effexor xr 75mg, wellbutrin 300mg, xanax (if needed and I have to be gasping to take it), and ambien to sleep.
I think that a chemical imbalance amplifies our natural Fight Or Flight response to where it kicks in at the slightness suggestion. I was most bothered by the fact that my attacks did not seem to be triggered by ANYTHING at all. They just get ya.
