will nardil make my heart race like effexor ??

I had heart palps galore on Effexor. It is clear to me that I need some noreinephrine action because I still get very panicky on SSRI's. Effexor worked but made my heart race a mile a minaute, this is also why I needed to drop parnate cause the higher doses shot my BP up.
Has anyone taken parnate and the others who might know if nardil is very stimulating. (how much less stimulating than parnate is it)
