It's gotten to the point where I dread having my period because I know it means a return of my anxiety and depression symptoms. A lot of women on Lexapro have this problem. I'm still not sure what to do about it, but would really love to find a solution.

So far this is the second day on 15 and I seem to be fine just a little spaced out but I suspect thats just from the increase in the lex and I have to get used to it. My pdoc said ususally once you get your period the symptoms will disappear its really the week and a half beore..hence the name PMS. Good Luck
