Scott, I appreciate that information. Does one take it once a day, twice a day? Do the effects wear off and you have a down time? What about withdrawal symptoms? I am interested in the antidepression effect more than the sexual, but I have been totally without sexual satisfaction since I started a high dose of effexor 7 years ago, and I would really like some help there, too. My husband takes viagra because he is on prozac..but it does nothing for me. Are we "sexual retirees" at 58 and 65? The effexor helps the depression, but I have no motivation or zest for life. I am, as they say, flat. I accomplish about one-third of what I used to, and I am always tired and sleepy. Any suggestions, anyone? Margaret
