What else to combine with NArdil ?? help

Hi
After fail with the Epival (Valproic Acid) (Depakote in USA), I,ve got every time less drugs
to combine with Nardil
The valproic acid help me a little bit with my
SP , but my depression got worse. Now Im off
since february 21 . I can feel the difference
Im not as social as I was , but Im not depressed.
Please give me any advice , what do you think ?
is there any other drug that I can add to my 45mg of Nardil dose ?
I dont like this , I dont like my life
Im gonna start soon CBT, although I dont believe in it
Im sure there is something out there that can help me more
any thougths are welcome.
