ok. At the beginning I had increased heart rate. Now at 125 mg I just have dry mouth. But its very bothering. On Amitriptyline I never had a dry mouth like now. Maybe its the 100mg Diphenhydramine I also take. But I was also taking 50mg Diphen. while on Amitriptyline. I guess it is just a transient side effect and will go away with time, or with reduction of Diphen.
I am very suprised BTW. On the noradrenergics I have taken (Remeron, Reboxetine) I got worse. On Nortriptyline I do quite good! But its not the "woo hoo" ultimate remission thing, by now. It just helps a bit. Total sleep time is a bit shorter and its easier to wake up and get out of bed in the morning. Thats all
