Hi Cheeky,

Lexapro can definately make you tired and I wouldn't be surprised if your mood swings are being caused by your body's adjustment from Paxil to lex.

25 mg isn't an uncommon dose, but it does seem a bit high for someone starting out. Usually people begin with 10 mg (or lower if they're sensitive to meds). But if you haven't had any terrible side effects it might be the right level for you. I'm at 15 mg and will be increasing to 20 mg in a few days...so far so good.

I've found lex to be very effective for anxiety/panic disorder and depression. It does seem to take a while to kick in, but it's worth the wait. Best of luck to you!
