I don't know what the equivalence between lexapro and paxil is, but 25mg is a whopper of a dose for most people; it's certainly a lot stronger than 37.5mg of paxil. Your tiredness and mood swings are most likely an effect of the lexapro, or at the very least your acclimating to a different drug. I question the use of such high dosages of lexapro, but then again, I question a lot of things that some people find extraordinarly effective. ;) If you don't have flu-like symptoms or "brain shock" (if you've gone cold turkey off of an SSRI, you most likely know what this is), chances are it's not withdrawl.

I've read about 120mg of celexa being used in treatment-refractory OCD.
