I think I'll quit it. I'm just taking 10mg of Parnate with 1mg of Stelazine in it. Do you think that also at this low dosage one can have problems with it ? I mean, let aside the risk of DT, one can feel 1mg of Stelazine in its body ?
Anyway, it's just a theoretical question because you've persuaded me. I don't feel comfortable in taking a med with an antipsychotic inside. And above all I don't have psychotic features therefore the risk is not justified. I'll quit it and thanks for having cleared up my mind. I'm taking this stuff for adhd-features and I don't think stelazine is indicated. My psychiatrist is a very kind person and very competent but he's too open to my suggestions. I know that many of you have the opposite problem, but for me this a real problem, since I'm a quite manipulative person. I have managed to get prescribed every thing I wanted, then at home, thinking that maybe it was not the right teraphy for me because it was my first choice and not my psychiatrists'.
I have also managed to get prescribed Ritalin which is not on the italian market. Next time I'll ask heroin, maybe he'll make a script ;-)

I only knew personally one person--with severe psychotic symptoms--who took Stelazine, and she said to me, "I probably will have to be on this sick [explicative noun deleted] for the rest of my life", as she showed me her trembling hands. She'd been on it for only a few days.
