I need a last minute suggestion about Stelazine ..

... and Parnate.
I'm on day 5 of Parmodalin, a stupid italin med that mixes 10mg of Parnate and 1mg of Trifluoperazine. I'm experiencing side-effects and I don't know which is the culprit. I'm considering also to quit it. The effects are somnolence, sometimes mental impairment, sometimes problem with coordination and balance ... Since in this period I'm quite hypocandriac about meds I tend to think it's the trifluoperazine but I'm open to other interpretations.
What should I have to do ? Should I have to quit ? Waiting for the Parnate to kick in ?
How much time Parnate requires to kick in ?
Does it kick in gradually or all at once ?
Any comment greatly appreciated
