SINEMET FOR CYCLOTHYMIA

Has anyone ever heard about using low dose Prolopa [LEVODOPA/BENSERAZIDE] for cyclothymia and other mood disorders?

I have heard about success stories, though few. In particular I have a friend who has suffered from chronic mood swings, irritabilty, anxiety, depression, and impaired attention, anhedonia and insomnia and has had about 80 % relief from 62.5 mg of Prolopa twice daily with Pindolol 2.5 mg 3 times a day. I would really like to know.
