Yeah alcohol kills B Vitamins in the body and that causes mental problems, so replacing it (Mainly Thiamin, try a 50 mg extra on that too) is a great idea when you drink, C too. Zinc and Magnesium are lost too so you should really try adding some of those too to keep stores in your body (Water soluble vitamins). Niacin works wonders for me when I have a hangover and lets me sleep instead of waking up at 9 or so panicing with a heart racing problem, it seems to produce deep sleep and relaxes you, so try some extra Niacin the next day, but start slow because it causes a flush (Which isn't dangerous but annoying).

> Hey Sean!!! Nice to hear from you again. Yah, I'm still having the sameeeeee problem. Feel great one day, then go out and drink, and feel like dying all day the next. BUT!!! I have found something that really helps! I take a vitamin B and C before drinking and I dont feel as bad the next day. Try it next time, It may just work ;) Well, I have a concert tonight and Im contemplating on rather or not I should buy some beer. You see, I play better when I got a buzz going on. But I have a realllllly bad cold and I know it wouldnt be the smart thing to do, but then again, I want to have fun. So I think I will. Talk to you guys later.
