Good luck to you Cynthia or Panic Attack as you call yourself, I drank on Thursday and got that GOD AWFUL thing again in the morning and felt like square one all over again, so I didn't touch a drop yesterday. I cut back alot on drinking and unless it is a holiday or a big night don't really even enjoy it at all anymore to say the least, it just gets me depressed and anxious and ruins my train of though, it destroys your mind (A good mind at that). I will feel really good without drinking for a week or so and have these clear thoughts which could help me out in school or a job etc., then I drink and stuper myself again and that cloud is back!!!! Know the feeling? Anyways I am glad to see you are up and going, thats great.
