My girlfriend is going into week two of lexapro and she is so tired in the afternoon she can barely make it through the day. She is also on Depakote 750-1000mg qd, and Trazadone 50mg at bedtime. Does anyone out there take their lex at bedtime? I have already noticed improved moods and would like to encourage her to stick with it. She is very anti-medication but is starting to realize that it is req. for her bi-polar disorder. Please help!
