I just started Neurontin (600Mg at night in one dose)for my essential tremor to replace Inderal which has been like a placebo. I feel as I have found my miracle drug and I have tried my share (Celexa, Wellbutrin, Effexor, Zoloft, Paxil with Lithium to augment and finally Prozac with Lamictal).
I am so happy with this drug that I am off of Prozac. I am sleeping like never before and do not feel hungover in the morning.
My Pscychodoc is considering taking me off of Lamictal also if the Neurontin continues to be effective as the Lamictal was really just to control my hypomania which was apparently caused by the Prozac.
Good luck....as luck seems to be such a big part in treating these maladies.
