Thanks, that does help because today for example, i took it after i ate breakfast and i didnt get the full effect at all. I got it for about 30 minutes, and then it was gone! I cant deal with that, i mean i still had to go to work :) And i will avoid vitamin C and citric acid, ill do whatever it takes!
