I agree about Ritalin, its way to up and down. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach and avoid vitamin c and or citric acid when your taking your medication. Getting dehydrated can also make you feel tired and like your meds aren't working.
I like adderal much better than ritalin, each has their own problems though.
