75mg is a low dosage. Most people need at least 150mg for Effexor to be effective to treat depression. Some people take 300mg.

Are you depressed now?

I don't know. Please describe in more detail.

> Which other drug do not affect the concentration?

Each person is different with the way they react to each drug. Almost every drug can produce impaired concentration. If Effexor is no good, maybe Prozac or Zoloft would be better. Wellbutrin, Remeron, or desipramine might be alternate choices if the SSRIs cause you problems.

I hope this helps.
