It's worth going to www.bipolarworld and following their links to Dr Phelps, who runs a site for consumers and professionals called www.psycheducation, also on the bipolatworld site there is a lot of info on bipolar symptoms. another great info site as www.fyryniyce, the woman who put that together is a real dynamo and has all the diagnostic criteria for the Americans anyway. (other countries are usually very similar). but dr phelps' site has some good simple stuff on milder (so-called) forms of bipolar and Mixed (which is always a severe thing). try 'em both and get back if that's not enough, i do have more sites on this
