Just think how 'high on life' we'll be once we detox all that poison out of our systems. Sorry you're going through the rollercoaster ride. It could be fun if it were only the fun parts. The Dep was probably keeping the mania at bay.That's been my opinion all along - Lamictal is not a mood stabilizer. It's some totally different kind of antidepressant augmenting agent that needs a true mood stabilizer for it to click in and work the way it's supposed to, at least for us BP's. But oh, what could that mood stabilizer be that isn't a disaster? Another way to look at this ride you're on is that you're going through some powerful detox effects from alcohol withdrawal. I know I sure am. I've heard that lots of Vitamin C, about 1gram every 2 hours, helps with this. You just hang in there and shine it on. - Barbara
