I also find your post too polarizing and assuming you know what's best for everyone else.
All those things that you are now finally doing, I did for years trying to "heal" myself to no avail. Medication for me is getting me to a place where I can use those things (exercise, diet, yoga, etc.) and actually trully benefit from them in combination. Everyone is individual.
