Thanks for the info, DSCH. I am going to look into the OPCs.
I too have noticed *a lot* more broken capillaries as of late, I am on Ritalin 20mg bid.
Interestingly, I noticed a sudden and substantial increase about two months ago, over a two week period. I actually had so many capillaries break in my legs over those two weeks, and so much bruising all over that I went to the doc. All my bloodwork was perfect. I also went to my pdoc around that time to request different meds because my ADD symptoms and depression were taking a turn for the worse. I did not make a connection at the time (and perhaps there is no connection) but thanks for posting this question, because it is definitely food for thought!
