Being on Adderall really effected my heart. Even laying still on a bed a girl noticed that she could feel my heart pumping through just about any part of the body she touched especailly my legs and stomic (And since the adderall took away my sex drive this was not a sexual effect). Even though I didn't know it at the time taking adderall and working out was a horrible idea. The adderall would raise my heart rate to dangerous levels and I would have to stop often and wait till it came back down. I thought I was just out of shape until a couple weeks went by.
