I think it could be from the wellbutrin? Do you take any other meds? It might help to take some thing like zyprexa or some thing that helps to calm you down and sleep! I found that when I reduced the zyprexa the wellbutrin is harder to take. Also side-effects from wellbutrin are worse at the beginning!
