It depends on how I am in general, but if I miss a dose by a few hours I can definitely feel it, yes. And that's now, when I'm on 75mg/day, as well as when I was on 225mg/day. The worst is the when-you-move-your-eyes-weird-brain-thing ("dizziness"). On the other hand, as I've been reducing the dose, the worst effect has been a bit of loss of the control over my moods that Effexor did seem to give me. Hopefully I can get that back non-chemically. Anyone else feeling that?
