Lots of sympathy from me. I'm pretty definitely a depressive, but I'm coming off Effexor (did you see the news abbout it getting banned for "adolescents and children" in UK?) and I feel pretty cruddy.
I'm even jumpier than usual, and your words "lost, sad, shakey, hostile and I am at times, suicidal. " seem very familiar. I'm actually at the point where I don't know if I was worse or better before I started taking it.
Good luck, though... the stuff will clear out of your system eventually.
