Sorry to have snipped your message a bit, but I am amazed that you get such a strong response from such a small dosage of seoquel.
I have had such lousy sleep the past few nights that tonight I simply have to get a real night's sleep with S.
BTW: Have you tried lamictal as a mood stablizer? I take it. It has actually been better for me in its capacity as an AD than as a mood stablizer for me...

PBI only started noticing it since being on mood stabilizers. Because when you're really sad all the time, what's to notice about the "next day hangover" from Seroquel? Only since I've been feeling a little better, have I noticed that S. effects my mood the next day. even only after 6.25.
