The only med I just heard from my pdoc the other day that is dangerous (at higher doses) with low blood pressure is not an a-d, but an a-p called Seroquel. I take it for sleep, not for a-p reasons. In the course of conversation, the pdoc mentioned that it interacts with low blood pressure, I think it actually lowers it even more.
