I tapered off (accidentally at first) going every other day on my original dose of 150 mg. At night on the second day, I would get dizzy. That's when I realized about the side effects.
Then, I tapered every day at 75, then 37.5, then every other 37.5, then every other dumping out more and more of the grains inside the capsule. Now, it has been 3 days since I had about 10 mg of Effexor. I still got the dizziness last night and tonight. However, I didn't get it in the day (I don't know why).
