> Has anyone else had bad headaches from TCA's? Lately I have been getting throbbing head upon standing, or doing exercise, any fast movemennt which then continues into a full blown headache. Ive also been getting very tired, and having trouble waking in the mornings. I think Im starting to feel the side effects more now than when I first started, does this mean I should reduce my dose? been 6 months or so now..... Any advise?!

Are you drinking enough water? The headache could be due to a dehydration effect. Apart from that, a dose lowering might help, then if that fails you could switch to a secondary amine TCA like nortriptyline or desipramine that causes less side effects and sedation.
