Life after Zyprexa

Posted by NikkiT2 on August 1, 2003, at 7:40:41

Well, the zyprexa withdrawal insonia never set in.. infact I have been sleeping alot better in the week since coming off it. I'm always sleep within 90 mins of going to bed which is quite miraculous for me!

but.. mornings are feeling really bad. I am waking up about 90 mins earlier than I was, which is good (10;30am instead of midday) but the feelings of dread and hopelessness are so strong they are almost phycially painful. These feelings are lasting longer and longer each day. Its now 1:30pm and the feelings are still pretty strong today.

Do you think this is a sign that I should go back on?? I'm not actively suicidal, but I do think about it in the mornings now. But I am feeling alot more awake during the day now, and my appetite is getting back to normal - no more craving piles of pasta which is good.

Oh, and my stomach has been really upset in the mornings for the past 7 days.. it passes by about 1pm, but I probably go the toilet 4 or 5 times in the 2 hours before this.

See my psych in two weeks so trying to decide what to do

Nikki x
