I'm currently on Effexor researching Lexapro because p-doc might switch me to it. My impression (from reading hundreds of posts) is that there are less sexual SE's on Lexapro than on Effexor. For those who start off experiencing the sexual SE on Lexapro, many report that it goes away. While on EFFEXOR, if you experience sexual SE's, then you are just SOL.Keep reading the posts, you'll find the information you want. Many of us are constant posters and evolve into a support group for each other. There may be some personal stuff mixed with the medication feedback. You'll have to weed through it if you don't like it.
