Hi bookgurl, haven't been on in a few days.
I think you were right, I started back on the Effexor yesterday and I already feel better. I forget to take it sometimes and on top of that, my doctor and I did a trial run and took me off it about 2 months ago to see if I really needed it anymore-BIG mistake. I need it! So, I'm back on it to stay. Effexor is a great med for me, and now I know not to go off of it. I am only on 75 mg-not even really a therapeutic dose you think??? WHat is your opinion on that?
I bought a "pill box" so that will definately help.Thanks so much for your advice.

It's a small box that is further divided into little boxes that says "Morn" "Noon" "Eve" "Night," etc. That way, if I'm not sure if I took something or not, I can just look in the box -- if it's not there, then I know I took it.
