Just as a very unprofessional rule of
thumb, i've found that if the cause of
a w/d symptom, such as insomnia, is a
result of too fast or too much a cut of
your drug, it may help to go back to the
original dose, and start cutting much
slower.

I know that worked in the initial stages
of benzos (initial is important because there
is a point of no return when you progress)
but i am not sure if it would work with
ADs - it did with lithium in my case but
lithium is atypical and i went back on it
as quickly as i started to feel bad.
