Kathi, your so right, boy did I have trouble sleeping last night. Since I had not taken Xanax I took Benedryl instead and it did not work and I was stuck, because the doctor told me not to mix the to. Thanks for the help and support. Head to my Psy.doc tomorrow because I am going to Jacksonville with my wife and another couple. We have been doing this for tens years, but I did not have this problem last year. What has been happening is when we go home to Chas. I don't do well and fight nausea, anxiety and finally a little depression for about ten days. We moved away from home a year ago.
